Are meals and coffee included?
You know how we feel about food! Registration includes a morning break with coffee & snacks, lunch, and an afternoon break with coffee & snacks. Dinner is on you, and we'll coordinate group dinners for attendees with similar interests.
Is hotel included?
No, because some attendees are local (including Brent!). There are a number of hotels within walking distance of Catalyst Ranch.
What can/can't I bring to the event?
Bring your laptop, tablet, and endless curiosity. While we make every attempt to have WiFi and power outlets for all attendees, we can't guarantee it.
Is my registration/ticket transferrable?
Yes. If you can't make it to the event, you can send someone else on your behalf. Preferably someone famous that we'd like to meet. We suggest Kevin Kline - not the SQL guy, we've already met him - the actor.
Can I update my registration information?
Yes.
What is the refund policy?
Full refunds are available until 30 days prior to the event. No refunds (full or partial) will be given within 30 days of the event.
Can I get an invoice, purchase order, or quote?
Yes, download your own order form spreadsheet here and feel free to edit it in a way that works for your company. (Other than changing the prices, products, and dates, ha ha ho ho.)
Can I pay at the door?
No. Payment will not be accepted onsite.
The name on the registration/ticket doesn't match the attendee. Is that okay?
Yes. We understand that you're in the Database Mirroring Witness Protection Program. Just don't try to sneak in two people with the same ticket, or you'll learn the way of the Microsoft Certified Master.
